[Least-aspected Mercury] [Jupiter]

Kaiser Wilhelm II

Kaiser Wilhelm II, the last emperor of Germany, was born in Potsdam, near the Transcendental Setting position of his Primary Mercury. Wilhelm is remembered for his imperialistic “speeches” (Primary Mercury) and for his “unprecedented attempt” (Tertiary Uranus) to seek the support of the working class for his policies. “A message promulgating / expansionism” (Primary Mercury / Secondary Jupiter) and turning to “the common people” (Primary Mercury) for support are two keynote equations that describe the Primary Mercury / Secondary Jupiter Transcendental pairing. After involuntary abdication on November 9, 1918, Wilhelm permanently relocated to Doorn, Holland, which is located precisely under the setting position of his Primary Mercury.
