[Least-aspected Venus] [Neptune]
Returning in triumph to the city that, in his childhood, had been his second home and the scene of painful and long-remembered humiliations, [Castro] was embraced and greeted as a liberator by the archbishop and by the civic leaders [...]
The citizens of Havana were prepared to take the rebels to their hearts, to adulate and reward them. Their impeccable behavior surprised everyone. They did not comport themselves like conquerors. They were polite. They did not get drunk or loot or destroy property.

Cuba: Castro’s triumphal return to Havana
After Castro’s triumphal return to Havana on January 2, 1959, “peace” (Primary Venus) was restored to the capital as the new revolutionary order assumed power.
